Meet the Founder: Irma Stevens, Coach and Transformational Leader

I’m Irma Stevens, M.A., Professional Core Coach, Mediator, SHRM‑SCP, SHRM‑CP, and Certified Emergenetics Associate. I founded Elevated Concepts 4 Coaching and Consulting because I truly believe that when people elevate their thinking, they elevate every part of their lives. My work is rooted in that belief. As a coach, I am deeply committed to developing people, strengthening organizations, and unlocking human potential in meaningful, lasting ways.

My entire career has been centered around helping people grow — personally, professionally, and holistically. I bring together academic rigor, organizational insight, and a human‑centered coaching style to create experiences that are both structured and deeply personal. My background allows me to use proven coaching frameworks and psychometric tools to help individuals understand how they think, how they show up, and how they can lead with greater clarity and intention.

With 17 years of progressive HR leadership and 16 years teaching in higher education — from Business and Management to Organizational Behavior and Paralegal Studies — I’ve had the privilege of seeing people learn, stretch, and transform from multiple angles. This dual lens helps me translate complex ideas into practical, actionable strategies that empower people to grow with confidence and purpose.

My formal training strengthens the work I do every day. I’ve spent years teaching, mentoring, and shaping future leaders through evidence‑based practices and transformational learning experiences.
